Reclaim your rite of passage into brotherhood
It is our birthright to find and follow our soul's purpose, to express our truest self.
To do this, we must crack through the layers of armour that once protected us from the emotional, spiritual and physical wounds we received growing up.
We must re-wire patterns & beliefs that block us from connecting with others, accessing our soul purpose and living a life of love and abundance.
Doing this alongside a tribe of conscious brothers is one of the most powerful experiences a man can have - this experience forges deeply meaningful friendships.
You don’t have to do this alone.
An embodied experience
This 7-day initiation focuses on three core principles dynamically applied throughout this training.
Connect to the Shadows Within
Shame, guilt, anger, grief, fear - these lurk within us all - sabotaging our lives through addictions, depression, blaming, and self-hate. Here, you will have support to feel these emotions fully and allow them to be processed.
Crack Through the Armour
Our bodies guard our traumas with armour - this prevents us from feeling the trauma but also fully feeling love. You’ll learn and embody shamanic, somatic and scientific tools to allow your nervous system & mind to recognise it’s now safe to drop this protection.
Allow the Light to Shine Through
As your nervous system moves out of survival mode; you’ll experience greater states of love, power and abundance. You’ll learn tools to use for life to regulate and feel your emotional states with more presence once you return home.
What can I expect at this training?
The initiation consists of ceremonies, sacred rituals and immersive embodiment experiences specifically crafted to invoke and provoke healing, expansion and balance in our being.
Together, we’ll explore our relationships to:
The masculine, The feminine, The inner child, Money, Power, Purpose, Brotherhood.
And many other parts of yourself you may have lost connection to or never had a connection with.
The invitation is to explore your edges with these areas, move towards the unknown, and open up to new possibilities.

Earth Spirit - UK
Just five miles from Glastonbury, on the edge of Compton Dundon village in Somerset, EarthSpirit lies within the 'temenos' (sacred enclosure) of Avalon.
The centre is situated in a beautiful landscape between two nature reserves; and just two minutes walk from St Andrew's church, which has within its cemetery a yew tree of 1,800 years old. The seventeenth century farm buildings have been restored and specially converted for use as a venue. They are set within seven acres of fields and gardens.
The complex is based around a converted 52' (15.5m) long barn, with oak timbers, reed torching (lining the inside of the roof) and stone walls. The feeling is medieval, but with modern comforts such as under-floor heating and a large woodstove. The high roof and skylights create a light, airy atmosphere.

Robbie Griffin
Founder & Facilitator
As a mentor and facilitator, Robbie empowers people to connect from the depths of their hearts and communicate transparently, authentically, and vulnerably. Allowing for radical self-acceptance, opening the doors to deep love, connections, and intimacy both within and with others.

Robbie is a founding member and facilitator at Emergence Brotherhood, faculty apprentice at ISTA – International School of Temple Arts, the producer of UK ISTA, the founder of Alchemy Festival, Glastonbury and presents at numerous different schools and festivals worldwide.
He dedicates his life to opening deeper to love, shedding old conditioning, and allowing his soul to shine. He loves to share his insights and inspire others into a new way of being. He blends an eclectic mix of modalities and a wealth of life experience to offer a unique magic that ignites courageous transformations.
Robbie has spent ten years delving into the deep mysteries and wisdom of ancient traditions in both Western and Eastern philosophies and practices. recently spent 18 months at Highden Mystery School, diving deeply into Esotericism and community living.
Graham Gough
Co-Steward & Facilitator
Graham leads from the core of his heart, supporting others to let go of resistance to what is and embrace their true selves. He marries intuitive wisdom, esoteric knowledge, eros, and somatic awareness to help others embody their soul.

Graham co-stewards and cofacilitates Emergence Brotherhood retreats with Robbie Griffin, offering soul initiation and reclamation for men.
Inspired by the transformational work of Metzner and Grof, Graham is currently apprenticing as a psychedelic therapist.
Graham is a 2019 The Temple Training (TTT) graduate at Highden Mystery School, New Zealand. He has returned to support, assist, and co-facilitate further temple training initiations in-person and online. Later, he held a leadership position in the online esoteric portal stewarded by Jon Eden Khan, Avatara.
With ten years of dedicated spiritual practice and training, Graham combines sexological bodywork, shamanism, and aspects of psychotherapy.
Graham is always looking to break new ground with trust, depth, and love as the foundations of anything he offers.

Start time: Arrival from 1pm. The training starts at 3pm UK.
Food: 3 meals daily. Tea & fruits are available all day.
Accommodation: 7 days and 6 nights shared accommodation

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your commitment to the Emergence Brotherhood Retreat is a profound commitment to yourself. It is no coincidence that you feel drawn to this event. However, if you become unable to attend, we offer the following cancellation options:
• Full Refund: We will issue a full refund for cancellations made on or before June 7th, 2025 (8 weeks before the retreat start date). Once you provide your complete bank transfer details, you will receive the refund within 15 working days.
• Admin Fee and Refund: For cancellations between June 21st, 2025 and June 21st, 2025 (up to 6 weeks before the retreat), a £150 admin fee applies. You will be refunded the remaining deposit within 15 working days.
• Deposit Retained: The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations after June 21st, 2025 (6 weeks before the retreat).
By paying the deposit for the retreat, you indicate your agreement to these cancellation terms.
If you have paid the full fee for the retreat, the amount paid minus the deposit may be transferred to another Emergence Brotherhood retreat anywhere in the world. In extenuating circumstances, we may consider transferring the amount paid, minus a £150 admin fee, to another retreat.
