The Facilitators
Robbie Griffin and Graham Gough are the founding facilitators of Emergence Brotherhood, bringing together over two decades of combined experience in somatic, spiritual, and psychotherapeutic traditions, both trained through Highden Mystery School. Robbie's gift lies in cracking open authentic, heart-led communication and radical self-acceptance, while Graham weaves compassion with sexological bodywork, shamanism, and emerging psychedelic therapy training.
Together they hold space with the trust, depth, and skill needed to guide men through profound rites of passage.
What Are You Stepping Into
The initiation consists of ceremonies, sacred rituals and immersive embodiment experiences specifically crafted to invoke and provoke healing, expansion and balance in our being.
7-day training for men that bring them into direct contact with their feelings, sensations, and energies, allowing for deeper expression & presence than most men have ever experienced.
We aim to create a space where a lifelong brotherhood is created amongst brothers, so they can witness each other and grow in their own unique paths, going back to life feeling empowered, resourced, knowing they have brotherhood to count with.
The Venue: Earth Spirit Centre

Five miles from Glastonbury, on the edge of Compton Dundon village in Somerset, EarthSpirit lies within the 'temenos' (sacred enclosure) of Avalon.

The centre is situated in a beautiful landscape between two nature reserves; and just two minutes walk from St Andrew's church, which has within its cemetery a yew tree of 1,800 years old.
The seventeenth century farm buildings have been restored and specially converted for use as a venue. They are set within seven acres of fields and gardens.
The complex is based around a converted 52' (15.5m) long barn, with oak timbers, reed torching (lining the inside of the roof) and stone walls.
The feeling is medieval, but with modern comforts such as under-floor heating and a large woodstove. The high roof and skylights create a light, airy atmosphere..

Start time: Arrival from 1pm. The training starts at 3pm UK.
Food: 3 vegetarian meals daily. Tea & fruits are available all day.
Accommodation: 7 days and 6 nights shared accommodation - single room available
Closing: September 24th at 2pm
Not included in the price: Flights and transport to the training centre.

Facilitator
Robbie Griffin is a founding member and facilitator at Emergence Brotherhood and Faculty at ISTA. He has spent ten years working in Western and Eastern philosophical and somatic traditions, including 18 months at Highden Mystery School.
He holds rooms with warmth, directness, and a quality of presence that men return to.
Graham Gough
Facilitator
Graham Gough leads with honesty first. He combines ten years of dedicated spiritual practice with sexological bodywork, shamanism, and aspects of psychotherapy.
A 2019 graduate of Highden Mystery School, New Zealand.
He is always looking to break new ground with trust, depth, and love as the foundations of anything he offers.
