THE MENTORSHIP
For men who have completed The Initiation and
want to learn what it really takes to lead.
The moment you step into a leadership role, something happens that no one warned you about…
Before you’ve said a word, people are already projecting onto you:
→Their unresolved relationship with authority.
→Their hopes about being guided.
→Their disappointment before you’ve done anything wrong.
→And underneath all of that, your own unhealed parts start to surface.
→The places in you that still feel unseen, or need approval, or tighten when someone challenges you in front of the group.
Most men who want to facilitate learn this the hard way:
Unprepared and with people watching.
The Mentorship is where you learn it before that moment, and what to do when it comes.
Over five months, you’ll develop your capacity to facilitate groups:
‣To read what’s happening beneath the surface.
‣To work with projection and shadow in yourself and the group.
‣To move through light and dark masculine and feminine as living leadership tools, not just concepts.
‣You’ll work in smaller groups through the obstacles and gifts of your personal material in facilitation practice, honest reflections, and genuine connection..
‣Graham and Robbie are with you throughout, facilitators who work in these spaces as a way of life.
‣You will learn to slow into those moments rather than survive or push past them. To feel the aliveness in them.
That’s where the transformation is, and it’s where many facilitators fear to go.
This is when the work you’ve lived becomes the work you lead.
When initiation becomes something you can hold for others.
When the path to transformation becomes something you see in others.
What The Journey Covers
The Mentorship builds from the inside out.
You can’t hold a group well if you don’t know what gets activated in you when the pressure rises.
So we start there.
Leadership Characteristics: how your triggers, the parts that want approval, the parts that tighten under challenge, are information rather than liabilities.
Shadow Work and Projection: what you’ve disowned in yourself will show up in the room.
The Four Archetypes: light and dark masculine, light and dark feminine, as lived leadership capacities, not theory.
Group Technologies: framing, container creation, body tracking, circle work, working with resistance. Ceremony and ritual design. Online facilitation as its own specific skill.
Each module connects to the next: the shadow work informs the necessary archetypal work and where your gifts are. The archetypal work informs how you read and respond to a group. By the end, these aren’t separate skills - they’re one complete way of being in and leading a transformational container.

↠ FAQ’s
-
If you’ve completed The Initiation and feel the pull to bring this work to others, in any context, men’s circles, mixed groups, your community, your profession, this training was built for that moment. You don’t need to have facilitated before. You need to be willing to work on yourself as much as you work on your craft.
-
Men who haven’t completed The Initiation. Men looking for a certification to deliver a fixed curriculum without doing their own work.
If you want technique without personal material, this isn’t the right fit. -
Yes. It’s the only prerequisite. It ensures every man in the room has a shared foundation of embodied experience. The container depends on it.
-
Between one and three hours a week, depending on where you are in the programme. If you want to do more, there’s plenty of opportunity to throw yourself in further.

The Mentorship doesn’t issue a formal certification. What you leave with is demonstrated capacity, honest feedback from brothers and facilitators, and a track record of having actually done the work. That tends to matter more in the rooms you’ll be holding.
-
That depends on what you bring. Men who have completed it are now facilitating retreats, men’s circles, and therapeutic spaces across multiple countries. The common thread is that they left with more than knowledge. They left with a different relationship to themselves in the room.
-
Yes. Get in touch, and we’ll work something out.

Most facilitation trainings teach you what to do. This one works on who you are when you’re doing it. The shadow work, the projection work, the personal material you bring into the pods, these aren’t additions to the facilitation training. They are fundamental to it. But there is a full curriculum here: leadership characteristics, archetypal tools, group technologies, body tracking, circle work, ceremony design, and online facilitation. The difference is that it is built on a foundation of genuine self-knowledge rather than on technique alone.
