The Facilitators

Gabriel Cournoyer & Robbie Griffin hold this space with the kind of steadiness that comes from years of walking through fire: literally and otherwise. Gabriel spent over a decade as a firefighter and first responder before turning that same calm, grounded presence toward men's work, guiding participants through embodiment, emotional honesty, and real accountability. Robbie has spent twelve years immersed in somatic and philosophical traditions East and West, and as a founding facilitator of Emergence Brotherhood, he has a gift for helping people speak from the heart and step into radical self-acceptance..

Together, they bring a rare blend of grit, depth and heart.

What Are You Stepping Into

The initiation consists of ceremonies, sacred rituals and immersive embodiment experiences specifically crafted to invoke and provoke healing, expansion and balance in our being.

7-day training for men that bring them into direct contact with their feelings, sensations, and energies, allowing for deeper expression & presence than most men have ever experienced.

We aim to create a space where a lifelong brotherhood is created amongst brothers, so they can witness each other and grow in their own unique paths, going back to life feeling empowered, resourced, knowing they have brotherhood to count with.

The Venue:‍ Easton Mountain

📍Upstate New York

Surrounded by diverse mountain ranges, including the Adirondacks to the North and West, the Green Mountains to the East, and the Taconic Mountains to the South.

Easton Mountain Retreat Center is set in a rural location, approximately 30 miles North of Albany. It is only about a three and a half hour drive away from Boston, New York City, and Montreal, in a convenient location for the majority of New England and the Tri-State Area.

Date: 24th - 30th of October 2026

Location: Easton Mountain Retreat Center, Upstate New York

Closest Airport: Albany International Airport ALB

Start Time: Arrival from 1pm. The training starts at 3pm EST.

Food: 3 flavorful buffet-style meals daily. Coffee, tea and snacks available all day.

Accommodation: 7 days and 6 nights shared accommodation

Closing: 30th of October at 1pm

Not Included in the Price: Flights and transport to the training center.

Robbie Griffin

Facilitator

Robbie Griffin is a founding member and facilitator at Emergence Brotherhood and Faculty at ISTA. He has spent ten years working in Western and Eastern philosophical and somatic traditions, including 18 months at Highden Mystery School.
He holds rooms with warmth, directness, and a quality of presence that men return to.

Facilitator

A heart warrior led by a deep passion for the human experience, Gabriel is committed to helping humans reclaim their soul and power through vitality, freedom, self-responsability and collaboration. He is an organizer at ISTA and Liberation, a graduate of the Temple Training in Samothraki, and the Emergence Brotherhood Mentorship.
