Our trainings are for any man who feels called to reconnect with his purpose, step into his power, release old traumas, and join a brotherhood of conscious men. You don't need any prior experience with men's work.

Our immersive trainings use ceremonies, rituals, embodiment practices, and wisdom teachings to crack open your old structures, process stuck emotions, and reconnect you to your core essence. You'll form deep bonds with other brothers throughout these experiences.

During our discovery call, we'll assess your readiness. In general, a desire for growth, willingness to face your shadows, and commitment to the process signals you're ready. If not, we can recommend preparatory steps.

You can expect to release past traumas, limiting beliefs and sabotaging patterns. You'll reconnect to your purpose, form brotherhood bonds, and integrate your learnings into daily life. Naturally, each man will have a different result. There is often an immediately noticeable change in how you turn up to life upon leaving the retreat, which only grows more pertinent as you integrate your learnings.

Safety is our top priority. Our facilitators have decades of experience guiding men through deep personal work. skillfully and with care. We screen participants before all retreats and have support staff on hand throughout the entire experience. The Initiation is a 7-day immersive soul initiation training/retreat for men. Using ceremony, sacred ritual, embodiment practices and brotherhood, we create a container where you come into deep and lasting contact with your core being - your essence, your purpose and your power. This isn't a workshop or a seminar. It's a rite of passage.

We recommend some experience with therapy or transformational retreats, but your calling is the most important thing.
