The Initiation is a 7-day immersive soul initiation training/retreat for men. Using ceremony, sacred ritual, embodiment practices and brotherhood, we create a container where you come into deep and lasting contact with your core being - your essence, your purpose and your power. This isn't a workshop or a seminar. It's a rite of passage.

Any man who feels called to go deeper - into himself, into his purpose, and into genuine brotherhood. You don't need prior experience with men's work. Each day holds a combination of ceremony, embodied movement, shadow work, authentic expression, group process and reflection. We explore your relationship to the masculine and feminine within, your inner child, conflict, money and power, purpose, sex and creativity, and brotherhood. The specific form each day takes is guided by what the group needs - no two initiations are identical. What remains constant is the quality of the container and the depth of what becomes possible within it.

We recommend some experience with therapy or transformational retreats, but your calling is the most important thing.

Yes. Safety is our first priority. Robbie and Graham have years of experience facilitating deep personal work with men. We screen all participants before each retreat, hold clear agreements within the group, and have trained support available throughout. The container is held with skill, structure and care.
